My experience includes claims involving PTSD, traumatic brain injury (TBI), mental health conditions, military sexual trauma, hearing loss and tinnitus, orthopedic disabilities, general medical conditions, total disability based on individual unemployability (TDIU), aid and attendance, housebound benefits, and other qualifying veteran disability matters.

  • What is service connection?

Service connection generally means establishing a relationship between a current disability and qualifying military service.

Depending on the circumstances, relevant information may include military records, medical evidence, VA examinations, and other supporting documentation.

  • Can you help me with a VA disability claim?

Yes. I provide VA disability claims assistance based on your individual circumstances. I can help you better understand the process, review relevant information, and identify areas of your claim that may require closer attention.

  • Can you help if my VA claim was denied?

Yes. I assist veterans with claims in appeal status.

If you received an unfavorable VA decision, I can review relevant information and help you better understand the decision and potential next steps. The appropriate review or appeal option depends on the circumstances of your claim.

  • Can you review my military records or VA decision?

Yes. Depending on your situation, I can conduct a comprehensive review of relevant military records, VA decisions, medical documentation, and other claim-related information.

  • How much do your services cost?

    Free initial consultations are available.

For qualifying appeal matters, Military Veteran Solutions, LLC™ charges a 20% fee, as applicable. Specific fee terms will be explained before services begin.

  • Do you offer free consultations?

Yes. Your free initial consultation is an opportunity to tell me about your VA claim or veteran benefits concern, ask questions, and determine whether my services may fit your needs.

  • Are virtual consultations available?

Yes. Virtual consultations are available to veterans nationwide.

After you request a free virtual consultation, I will contact you within two to three business days to arrange a date and time.

  • Do I need a Zoom account?

No. If your virtual consultation is conducted through Zoom, you do not need a Zoom account to participate.

You can join from a compatible computer, smartphone, or tablet. If you use a smartphone or tablet, you may need to install the Zoom app before your meeting.

  • What should I have ready for my consultation?

If available, have relevant VA decision letters, military records, medical documentation, or VA correspondence nearby.

Do not delay requesting a consultation because you do not have every document. Start by telling me about your situation, and we can discuss what information may be relevant.

  • Where can I find VA forms?

The MVS Forms page provides access to commonly used VA disability, benefits, and decision-review forms. You can also find a link there to search additional official Department of Veterans Affairs forms.

  • Can you guarantee my VA claim or appeal will be approved?

No. Every VA claim is different. No disability rating, compensation amount, approval, appeal result, or other VA benefits outcome can be guaranteed.

I provide experienced, personalized assistance to help you better understand your claim, relevant information, and potential next steps.

  • What if my question is not covered here?

Contact me. Veteran benefits matters do not always fit neatly into a standard category.

If you have another type of veteran benefits concern—including an inquiry involving Medicare or a potential Federal Tort Claims Act matter—you are welcome to contact me. I can discuss the nature of your inquiry and determine whether it falls within the assistance Military Veteran Solutions, LLC™ provides.
